Detox . . .


Monday I started a 2 week detox diet. The first week is the easy part since there is still meat (free range) in the mix, but this weekend it gets hard. Sunday will be raw fruits & veggies only for 2 days then fruits only for 2 days, then 2 days on a juice fast. This week most of what I love has been eliminated but I still get a few things that are good. Pretty much this week is all organic stuff with no salt. The rule is this - "If it taste good . . . spit it out."

Next week will be hard since I am taking a week of vacation (not really going anyplace). I'll need to keep myself from thinking about food.
